We have rented our place through Pelican for many years. They have always been responsive to our needs, often going above and beyond what was needed at various points in time. They have rescued us from a malfunctioning AC, a sketchy bathroom wall, and many other adventures. We have a direct line of communication with them and Johnny, in particular, anticipates problems before they become big. We have been really satisfied with them and are grateful for their support of our condo.
