On Sunday while I was in town for the C-Key Tiki Fest, I met friends for lunch who had driven up from Homosassa. Food was delicious, service was impeccable, vibe was comfortable and friendly. Later that evening, I realized I was missing my favorite cap. Monday morning, on my way out of town, I stopped in before they opened to find our server had not only my cap, but also my friend's debit card put away for safe-keeping. She had tried to catch us after we left, but we got away too fast. My friend, who was in Denver on his way to Alaska, appreciated that she had locked it away and would only give it to him. He authorized her to cut it up, which she did right in front of me. Will be the first place I go next time I'm in Cedar Key!
