We didn’t eat at the Tipsy Cow, but had the absolute delight of stopping by for a few drinks after arriving at Cedar Key for a short vacation. The Tipsy Cow was welcoming and we had the wonderful, friendly and attentive Barb as our server. Barb was attentive and made easy conversation filling us in on the recent history of Cedar Key and the recent hurricanes. When we stated that we were looking for some activities to do whilst we stayed she hurried off and came back with a handwritten note of local boat rentals and the owners phone numbers. It was a great visit with friendly crew. It was great to sit on the deck out back and watch the dolphins play in the water and the boats coming and going from the nearby marina and boat slip.
