We had a delicious meal at the Tipsy Cow in Cedar Key. We are out on the patio with our dog. It was very nice sitting outside watching the dolphin jumping. Our server, Barb, was terrific. She was a lot of fun and took excellent care of us. We will definitely go back also recommend it to friends.
