My husband and I tried the Tipsy Cow today. We were greeted by a friendly and fun staff. Sat outside on the balcony. Beautiful view of the gulf. Our server was Barb who was outstanding. The bottled beers were perfectly chilled on ice, the food was very good. Had the Blackened grouper sandwiches. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. We highly recommend this place. Totally delightful experience.
