Never been to the Tipsy Cow before and would recommend it to all. The atmosphere was amazing with great views. Our server Joel was very accommodating checking up on us several times. We had grouper nuggets for a start then for dinner we had the Phish Sammiches. One fried and one blackened both were amazing with an abundance of grouper in our sammich. For drinks we had the long Island Ice tea and they were delicious. Joel our server seemed genuinely thrilled and excited that we truly enjoyed our tasty sammich. Will go back again when we are in Cedar Key. Go to the Tipsy Cow and ask for Joel you won't be disappointed on the food or service.
