Every time I visit Cedar Key (from Tampa) I go to Tipsy Cow and I've always had a great experience. It's my favorite place to enjoy a cold drink and tasty meal after kayaking or biking around the island. Some of these "bad" reviews are hilarious and obviously left by salty Karens who are used to bland, boring corporate chain restaurants. Listen - there's no air conditioning and the bar seats have a few rips and your food may take a little longer than your expecting...but come on you're in CEDAR KEY, literal paradise! Grab a beer, watch the dolphins frolic, and relax! Your delicious burger or grouper tacos will arrive eventually and they will be delicious. If you're a fan of dive bars, water views, real people, and delicious food, you're going to love this place. Patio dog friendly.
