Don’t pass this place up- and ask for Tiffany! We stopped at Tipsy Cow during a surprise birthday trip to Cedar Key, and I’ll admit, we really weren’t expecting much. We were SO wrong. This ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. On our waitress Tiffany’s recommendation, my guy ordered the burger cooked medium with ham and pineapple. Such an unexpected combination, but it was fantastic and the burger was cooked absolutely perfectly. I had the blackened grouper tacos, and they were delicious and HUGE! Definitely not skimpy tacos. And my Long Island Iced Tea was excellent. (Ok, I had 2)! Then there’s the waterfront view- absolutely beautiful. Knowing this is the only waterfront place still standing after the devastating 2024 hurricanes makes sitting there enjoying Cedar Key even more special. But the BEST part of our experience was Tiffany -or “Tiff Tiff,” as we came to call her! 😂 She was funny, knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu, made excellent recommendations and somehow managed to make my guy’s birthday dinner feel extra special. Great service can completely change a dining experience, and Tiffany absolutely did that for us. ( I hope she sees this review). We came for the view and a meal and left already talking about coming back and hoping Tiff Tiff is working when we do! Beautiful waterfront setting, lots of menu choices, delicious food, great drinks and an awesome staff. Tipsy Cow was a wonderful surprise and is now a definite Cedar Key repeat for us.
