Ryan is an excellent tour guide. My wife and I were the only passengers on our tour of 7-2-25. He answered our many questions about how Cedar Key has recovered from the Sept. '24 hurricane, and what the future might hold for damaged or destroyed properties. He explained what areas were under city vs. county juridiction.
