This Law Firm was founded in 1961 by the late Joseph F. McDermott, The Cocky Buffalo. Upon his death in 2009, Frank McDermott took over the helm. Frank became board certified in criminal law in 2010. In 2026 the firm celebrated 65th year. Helping the injured and accused for over 65 years.
