The owners are genuinely very nice. The room was pristine clean, the surroundings were quiet and we felt extremely comfortable and safe. Brian had informed us of how safe the area is, this is the first time we spent a weekend out somewhere and left our bicycles and kayaks on the truck outside, did not lock our bikes and did not have a worry. Everything was within a short bike ride away. Everyone in this town was so kind and friendly. When we went out at night we felt very safe, everyone seemed to have known each other. It’s such a small great town. This was our first visit to Cedar Key and we were happy to have stayed at Pirate’s Cove Cottages…will definitely be back.
