Visit Cedar Key one time and its charm will draw you in like a magnet and you'll want to come back again and again. Built in the late 1800s with additions in the mid-1920s, we came across it in 2019. Perfect location, great floor plan, we just found our place after visiting the Island for many years. A bit of history, this was the location of the town's first telephone exchange and is registered with the Historic Society. Almost a year of rehabilitaion and the Seafoam Cottage was established. Enjoyed many great times, then came Idalia in 2023.The rehabilitaion started again, took almost a year, but it was completed looking good.....for one month & then came Helen in 2024. Rinse and repeat brings us here. Third time is the charm as they say!
The Seafoam Cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay on this wonderful Island! This cottage is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay feel homey.
