This is our 2nd time renting from McGormick. The Pink Perl is a very clean, convenient located rental. The lower apartment has a kitchenette (bring your cooler for your drinks) with a mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven. For longer stays I would recommend the top apartment with a full kitchen. McCormick keeps up with all communication and updates. We enjoyed our stay, the sunsets are magnificent, the pitch is overlooking the water. Will definitely rent for this management again.
